TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the Terms Of Service below.

General Terms

  • I reserve the rights to decline a commission at any time.

  • Terms may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.

  • Commissions will be handled through Twitter DMs, Discord DMs or email.

Commissions I Accept:

  • Original Characters

  • Chibis

  • Fanart

  • Slightly Suggestive

Commissions I DON'T Accept:

  • NSFW

  • Mecha

  • Furry

  • Hate Art of any kind

  • AI made art

PAYMENT & FEES

  • Payment is due 50% upfront, 50% once completed.

  • Payment is done through PayPal invoice using GBP.

  • A design fee will be charged if there is no reference images and want me to draw only from descriptions or a collection of photos.

  • Prices may vary depending on complexity.

  • Full refunds are issued only if no work has been started on the commission or if I cannot fulfil the commission.

  • Refunds will be calculated based on the amount of work already completed.

  • I reserve the right to cancel and refund the commission at any time.

  • You may not file a chargeback against me after you given approval of the artwork.

WORK SCHEDULE & PROCESS

  • Deadlines must be agreed upon before the start of the commission.

  • I will give WIPS and upadtes throughout the commission process.

  • Sketches and WIPS will be sent in low-resolution with a watermark

  • I will send a sketch for approval before continuing the commission. I will accept up to 3 minor revisions throughout colouring the process and 1 complete revision at the sketch stage.

  • (Revisions due my mistake are free).

  • The final product will be sent in full resolution with no watermark via a GoogleDrive File.

  • I will always do my best to complete commissions in a timely manner and within the ETA time period. However sometimes my life gets in the way and this may cause a delay. I will always update you as soon as possible on any delays.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE

  • I, as the artist reserve the rights over any commissioned works.

  • I do not claim any rights to characters and other intellectual properties used.

  • I reserve the right to post, record and upload the commissioned work on my social media.

  • You must credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work.

  • The final product is for personal use only, unless otherwise specified.

  • For commercial use, an extra free will incur based on the commission type.

You may use the commissioned work in these ways:

  • Print for personal use.

  • Resize the image for use as a profile picture, header, thumbnail etc.

  • Use artwork as reference.

  • Post the work to social media, with credit.

You may NOT use the commissioned work in these ways:

  • Claim the work as your own.

  • Remove any watermarks.

  • Paint over, alter colours or alter any aspect of the artwork in any way that is not listed above.

  • Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

You will receive the following after the second payment has been paid:

  • Final sketch

  • Flat colour sketch (not available for all commission types)

  • Final work

  • All will be sent in full resolution
